What DailyTutor is
DailyTutor is an online service for parents of children in Grades 1–6, with two products: Daily Tutor — a measured daily study program (a baseline evaluation, a printed daily pack at your family's chosen time, reviewed work, and progress reports), and Homework Helper — parent guides and short explainer videos for your child's school homework. A parent or guardian runs the account; children do not create accounts.
The pilot
DailyTutor is currently in a closed pilot. Pilot accounts are free — no charge is made today — and features may change as we learn. When paid billing opens, the prices are $99/month for Daily Tutor and $49/month for Homework Helper (see Cancellation & Refunds). Sibling pricing applies to both products: the first child is full price, and each additional child is half price — $49/month per additional child on Daily Tutor, $24.50/month per additional child on Homework Helper.
Money-back guarantee
Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period — service continues until the last paid day, and unused days are not refunded. Your first paid subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee — the only satisfaction refund we offer: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, we refund it in full — see Cancellation & Refunds. The pilot is free, so all of this applies when billing opens.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You may invite one co-parent, who shares your family's view of your children. You are responsible for the work and information submitted from your account.
We never act without your approval
DailyTutor never contacts your child's school and never sends anything on your behalf. Where a task involves the school (for example through School Connect), we prepare a draft and you decide — you send it from your own email, or not at all.
No guarantees
We measure carefully and report honestly, but learning varies by child and we do not guarantee any particular score, grade, or outcome. Sample numbers shown on this site are samples, not promises.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your own family's learning. Don't upload material you don't have the right to share, and don't attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that misuse it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Questions: contact us. DailyTutor is operated by DailyTutor, a small family-run service based in Texas, USA.
